Q: Are you the factory? A: We are the factory, with a staff of over 400 people at the facility, the workshop covers over 70,000 square meters. Our factory is located in Ningbo, it’s very convenient to export goods to any county of the world. Welcome to visit our factory! Q: What’s your main product line? Which certificate do you have and the main market? A: Feituo’s main product lines are LED emergency and Security lighting, LED exit sign, Emergency Battery backup for LED fixtures and etc. Q: Which certificate do you have and the main market? A: UL/CE/ROHS/FCC/DOE certificate. Our main market is North America, South America, Europe & Middle East Asia. Q: Can you provide samples? A: We accept sample order for testing our quality, 1-2pcs per models. And the samples will be ready in 1-7 working days. *Since our products are special, there’s battery inside. The main courier companies like DHL / FedEx / UPS / EMS refuse to take it on the plane. So usually we will ask the courier agent to handle the delivery, and the courier agent only accept the delivery by Freight Prepaid in China. Maybe you have your company courier account number, but it’s not able to be used for this kind of samples. Samples usually take 3-7 days to arrive, airline and sea shipping are optional.  Q: What is the MOQ? A: Our MOQ is 500~2000pcs per model, detailed quantity depending on each different model. In this term you can use your own logo, your own packing design, and the voltage and plug type could be designed to your requirement. Q: Do you accept small orders? A: No matter how many products you want, please feel free to contact our service team! We will try our best to provide you the goods with best price. Also, we will prepare some hot sale products as RTS (ready to ship) products, and clients can place a trial order with these products, and the price is as good as always. Q: Do you offer OEM service? A: Yes, we can design the products according to your request, OEM & ODM & OBM are available. We have a professional R&D team who will assist you to develop the exclusive products as you need. Q: What’s your payment term? A: For sample order: 100% deposit by T/T in advance. For mass production: 30% deposit by T/T in advance, 70% balance to be paid before delivery. *The price is based on FOB NINGBO, can also supply CFR / CIF terms according to customer requirements. Q: What is the lead time?   A: Sample delivery time: 7-10 working days  Mass production delivery time: normally 45 days upon receipt of down payment and order details, including the packing details etc. Q: How do your factory control the quality?  A: We have strict QC management and we use Six Quality Control Procedures: 1) Raw material & components income inspected 2)100% Semi-finished parts inspected 3) Quality control people inspecting & supervising the whole assembling procedures 4) 100% quality inspected after assembling 5) 100% aging test before packing 6) Random inspection of incoming products. *Each product must pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.
